RETURNS

  1. Items can be returned to us within 60 days of purchase in a clean, undamaged, unused and resalable condition (including original packaging).
  2. Enclose the returns slip or a copy of your invoice with a note to advise the reason for return.
  3. We recommend posting the item using a Signed For delivery service for peace of mind
  4. The customer is responsible for the cost of return.

Once your return has been delivered by the courier to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed before contacting us. Once we have processed your return it may take up to 7 working days for your refund to be issued by your payment provider.

Urgent Replacements

If a replacement is urgent, it is quickest to place a new order online first, then return the existing item marked for a refund. For returns outside of this criteria, please call Customer Services on

Returns (Outside UK)

For our customers based in the countries listed here, we recommend using the ReBOUND return service by visiting their website.

The ReBOUND returns platform is available to our customers in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain (exc. Canary Islands), Sweden.

To return a product, you do not need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to ReBOUND returns and click “Get Started”.
  2. Enter your order number and choice of postcode, email address or phone number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or the invoice included in your parcel.
  3. Select a return method that suits your needs. We recommend that you select one of the tracked options to enable you to check the progress of your return.
  4. Confirm your sender address, phone number and email address. ReBOUND will send your return confirmation to the email address provided. The email will contain links to track your return shipment and a copy of your unique return label (so that you can print out your label at a later date if you do not currently have access to a printer).
  5. Proceed with the payment.
  6. Print your label and attach it on the parcel.

In-Person Returns

If you wish to return unwanted items in person, you can visit our shop to return your items. In line with our COVID-19 policy please ensure you wear a suitable face mask when entering the store and abide by the written signs and instructions. When you arrive, please ring the bell at the front door and a member of staff will assist you.
