At EBB & FLO, inspiring people to love and protect the sea has always been at the heart of what we do. Our immersive and connected experiences have enabled thousands of individuals to become part of our water sport community in our hometown.

However, we recognise that there are certain barriers preventing many individuals from accessing the sea, such as financial hardship, poverty, and physical disability, which negatively impacts wellbeing, and results in social exclusion. To address this issue, we established EBB & FLO COLLECTIVE CIC.

As a CIC, EBB & FLO COLLECTIVE is a separate legal entity set up to eliminate these barriers by providing access to stand-up paddle boarding so that everyone can experience the transformative power of the ocean. Our goal is to encourage, empower, and enable individuals to connect with the sea, not only for improved physical and mental wellbeing but also to broaden horizons. We firmly believe that equal access to the ocean should be available to all.

Moving forward, we have decided to consolidate our water sport activities under EBB & FLO COLLECTIVE CIC, while retaining EBB & FLO as our lifestyle brand. This will allow us to better focus on our mission of breaking down barriers to access the water, while still offering our signature lifestyle products and staying rooted in our purpose.
