Refund policy

At EBB & FLO LIVING, each piece is made with intention and care. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within the timeframe below.


Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In perfect, resalable condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our pieces, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bespoke, custom, made-to-order, or adjusted pieces
  • Pre-ordered items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about a piece before purchasing, you’re always welcome to reach out.


How to Return

Before sending your return, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once approved:

  • Securely package your item(s)
  • Use a tracked or signed-for delivery service
  • Keep proof of postage

Please ensure your return is sent using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Suggested Return Method

To keep return costs as low as possible, we recommend using:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Large Letter, up to 100g)

This is usually a reliable and cost-effective option within the UK.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return standards, we reserve the right to decline the refund.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days for eligible items.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If exchanging for a higher value item, the difference must be paid
  • If exchanging for a lower value item, the difference will be refunded

Items listed under Non-Returnable Items are not eligible for exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

Items must still meet all return conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase (order number)

Returns After 30 Days

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
