How do I know what jewellery size to choose?

What if I order the wrong size?

Many of our pieces are adjustable, but some (like stud earrings and custom jewellery) can’t be resized or returned. We always recommend checking the size guide before you order. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help.

Can I measure my size at home without special tools?

Yes. Most jewellery can be sized using simple items like a flexible tape measure, string, or a printed chart. Each of our size guides includes clear instructions and visuals you can follow at home.

Are your guides in UK sizes?

Yes, our size guides are written in UK sizes. If you’re ordering internationally, you can still use our printable charts and measurement tips to find the right size.

What’s the most common size for jewellery?

For rings, a UK size M/N is most common for women; for necklaces, 18” is the classic everyday length; for bracelets, around 17–18 cm is average. If you’re buying as a gift, these are safe starting points, but we recommend checking the specific guide.

What if I’m buying jewellery as a gift and don’t know the size?

We’ve included tips in each guide for finding someone’s size discreetly (like borrowing a ring or measuring an existing bracelet). You can also choose adjustable designs when available, which make great gifts.
