This ensures your piece can be followed on its journey and arrives safely, especially for international orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping Responsibility

We cannot be responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed, we will always do our best to help track it.
A parcel is considered lost after a reasonable period defined by the shipping provider. Once confirmed, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
