My Story

Hello I’m Toni, the hands and heart behind Ebb & Flo Living.

Before I became a jeweller, I studied psychology and worked in mental health, where I saw how much people thrive with meaning, ritual, and connection in their lives.

Later, I became a paddle-board instructor, guiding people out onto the water to discover the calm and adventure waiting right on their doorstep. Watching someone’s shoulders drop as they drifted into the stillness of nature taught me that wellbeing isn’t always so complicated, it’s about presence, grounding, and moments of simplicity.

Those experiences planted the seed for Ebb & Flo. I wanted to capture those same feelings of grounding, strength, and connection, but in a way that could be carried every day. Jewellery became that bridge: a craft where I could weave story, nature, and symbolism into something both beautiful and deeply personal.

“I create jewellery with story and soul, designed to make you look good, feel empowered, and carry meaning close.”

My Craft

Every piece I create begins with recycled sterling silver or 9ct gold, shaped by hand using traditional techniques. I love working with the rawness of fire, wax, and clay, because they leave behind textures that feel alive, as though the material remembers its journey.

You’ll see this in the rough cratered surfaces that mirror the face of the moon, in the rippled silver that echoes tidal water, or in the carved lines that feel like ancient runes. These textures aren’t polished away, they’re embraced, because they tell a story of transformation.

For me, jewellery isn’t just an accessory. It’s a talisman. A keepsake you can hold or wear when you need reminding of your own strength, or a gift that carries a message words can’t always say.

"Jewellery that weaves nature, story, and meaning into every piece."

My Values

Ebb & Flo is guided by:

Sustainability: Recycled metals, ethical stones, and mindful making.

Connection: Designs rooted in nature, symbolism, and story.

Wellbeing: Jewellery as a reminder to pause, reflect, and carry strength.

Craftsmanship: Each piece handcarved, hand

Whether you’re choosing a gift for someone you love or a talisman for yourself, each piece of jewellery is designed to carry a story: a reminder of love, a symbol of guidance, or a celebration of strength.

I like to think of Ebb & Flo jewellery as keepsakes that say what words can’t.
