Every piece of Ebb & Flo Jewellery is covered by a 12 month warranty on receipt of a valid proof of purchase. This warranty applies to all of our jewellery products.

Within 12 months, if your jewellery is found to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and care, we will provide you with a full repair service free of charge.

After 12 months we can still help ensure your piece is loved for years to come - we will offer repairs for the lifetime of your jewellery for a small fee.

Items can be returned to us and refunded within 30 days of purchase in perfect condition; clean, undamaged, unused, and resalable, including original packaging, with proof of purchase (excluding earrings, gift cards, bespoke, adjusted, & pre-ordered items).

Our jewellery is crafted for those who love the outdoors and embrace adventure. Over time, exposure to the elements will naturally cause silver to tarnish, and for oxidised pieces, that means the deep, dark finish will gradually wear, developing a rugged, vintage look. To keep your oxidised Vegvísir pendant in prime condition, follow these care tips.

Protect Your Jewellery:
Avoid unnecessary exposure to perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, as these can strip away the oxidation and tarnish the silver beneath. Keep your jewellery dry between wears. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the matte finish.

When to Take it Off:
We don’t recommend wearing your piece while sleeping, swimming, or during heavy physical activities. Contact with sweat, chlorine, and saltwater will accelerate tarnishing.
Avoid running the charm along the chain repeatedly, as friction will wear down both the silver and the oxidation faster.

Cleaning Oxidised Silver:
Do not polish your oxidised piece with regular silver polish, as this will remove the dark finish.

Maintenance:
Oxidised silver is designed to change over time, taking on a rugged, worn-in character that only gets better with age. If you want your piece restored to its original finish, we can re-oxidise it in our studio, just send it back for a touch-up.

Handle your jewellery with care to avoid bending or breaking the metal. Repeated bending weakens silver and may cause it to snap, so adjust it as little as possible. We’re not responsible for damage caused by misuse or excessive wear, but we’re always here to help if you have any concerns.
